The blood pressure holter consists of a cuff wrapped around the arm and a cell phone-sized unit that automatically measures blood pressure. After the cuff and unit are attached to your body, it automatically measures your blood pressure at set intervals and records it throughout the required period.

The examination does not cause you any harm.
What are the things I should and should not do during the Holter test?
Do not take a bath while you are carrying the holter on you. Make sure that the device and its connections are not wet.
At the end of the examination period, detach the device from your body and take it off. Never remove the batteries of the device. If you remove it, the entire record will be deleted.
